In accordance with the "Rules for the provision of medical care to foreign citizens on the territory of the Russian Federation", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 6, 2013 No. 186, the State budgetary public health institution "Regional clinical hospital of the Kaliningrad region" provides the following medical care to foreign citizens which are temporarily staying or permanently residing in Russian Federation:

Emergency medical care in case of sudden acute diseases (conditions), injuries, poisoning, accidents requiring urgent medical attention, and complications of chronic diseases that pose a threat to the patient’s life is provided to foreign citizens free of charge.

Foreign citizens who are insured in accordance with the Federal Law “On Compulsory Medical Insurance in the Russian Federation" have the right to free medical care within the system of compulsory medical insurance, including specialized medical assistance in the stationary conditions. Healthcare is provided in the emergency, urgent, secondary, and tertiary form.
